Broker Responsibility Course November 14

Due to popular demand, we will offer the "Broker Responsibility Course" on November 14.  This course is a course that is required for all brokers who are responsible for any licensees, but anyone can, and in my opinion should, take this course.  We cover what the broker is responsible for, things that should be in a policy and procedure manual, as well as discussing these items in detail to help you decide how your policies can be framed.

Broker Responsibility Course 9-12-2-12

The Broker Responsibility Course will be held at the Ramada Inn at Earl Rudder and University on September 12, 2012, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Space is limited so don't wait to sign up.  The last class we had filled up in just a few hours, so don't miss out.

Lunch will be provided by Preferred Real Estate Inspection Service.  Cost for class, 6 hours of MCE and materials is $60.00.
